How it
works
Four steps to reach your flight stress-free and without manual calculations.
01
Enter your flight
Type the flight number (e.g. VY1234) and the departure date. No registration or account required.
You'll find the flight number in your booking confirmation, the airline's app or your boarding pass.

We confirm data in real time
We check your flight's current status: departure terminal, actual time, any delay and how many minutes.
Data is updated every 60 seconds from official aviation sources. Last-minute delays will be reflected immediately.

We detect your location
With your permission, we use your device's GPS to know where you're departing from. We never store or share your location.
If you prefer not to use GPS, you'll soon be able to enter your address or neighbourhood manually.

We tell you exactly how to get there
We calculate public transport options from your location to the correct terminal, with real times and price for each option.
If your flight departs from T1 but the transport arrives at T2, we'll alert you about the free internal bus and add that time.
Available transports
Metro L9 Sud
Goes directly to T1 and T2. The most comfortable option if you live near an orange stop.
Aerobús A1 / A2
Express from Plaça Catalunya. Departures every 5-10 minutes, ideal if you have a lot of luggage.
Rodalies R2 Nord
The most affordable option. Only reaches T2, you need the internal bus if your flight leaves from T1.
Night buses N17 / N18
For early morning flights when the metro is closed. Connect with Plaça Catalunya.
T1 vs T2 — the important difference
Barcelona Airport has two physically separate terminals. Not all airlines use the same terminal, and not all transports reach both.
T1
Vueling, Iberia, British Airways, Air France, Lufthansa and most international airlines

Ryanair low-cost flights, some Vueling routes and charters

If you arrive at the wrong terminal there is a free internal bus every 10 minutes connecting them in 12 minutes.
